Well here we are again. It's going to be a lovely evening to watch the Bluebirds make their annual visit to Taffs Well. Should be lots of Bluebirds heading there to sample what are usually excellent burgers and enjoy mingling with the City players before they all fly off to the USA on their preseason tour. I'll be there, BfB won't. Not sure if there are any tickets left but if you can get there all proceeds go to Ty Hafn, a very good cause. If I get a chance I might post something about the game. If I don't, I expect you can read all about it tomorrow in WOL.
Maskyman, why not make your way a few miles up the A470 to Taffs Well to see the game? You could have the enormous pleasure of meeting BT, if not me.
How would I recognise you both? Always imagined you to look like my dancing bollocks...no offence intended!
So long as your bollox had been for a full wax treatment. I've heard the venerable gents you refer to are follicly challenged.
Cheeky bugger. Both still very hirsute in the head hair department. BT is going disgracefully grey. Me, always been a blondie. Masky will recognise BT. If he comes on his bike (he gets very excited) he will be in his biker leathers. Helmet removed. Ouch.......
Our new keeper Joe Day from Newport looks safe pair of hands. After 20 minutes we are 2 -0 up. Penalty scored by number 8
Here you go just to help out Day, Pryce, Bagan, Bolger, Brown (c), Nelson, Wootton, Evans, Moore, Waite, Williams. subs: Warnock, Hall, Margetson, Jones, J Davies, C Davies, Patten, Bowen, Mayembe, Trialist, Griffiths. I assume that's Warnock jnr
Nah Colin had a run out to keep the average age of the team above 17. Pity a few more 1st teamers didnt get a run out. Keeps them grounded!
You would have had more chance asking BT for the names and addresses of each person in the crowd. He will have known someone there called Jeff, and his wife and bank manager. ( That's a bit of a running joke between us).
