how would you play it

Many of the world's greatest sports are primarily played individually: golf, boxing, tennis, darts, snooker, and many more. ONE-A-SIDE FOOTBALL is combining the world's greatest sport, football, with the competitive individuality of those sports in an organised league and tournament-based way, where people can win money and prizes.

Sounds horrendous. One of the best things about football is the interplay between teams. What made football a decent spectator sport was when the Victorians realised that they could pass the ball to each other rather than the player who won the ball back just dribbling until he was tackled.

Already exists in the council footy cages of Washington its called 2 touch and its awesome.

Was just going to say that we used to play one touch in the sports hall 1v1 after school when I was a kid.

Totally favoured me as the one thing I had (other than headless chicken pace) was a good long shot aim.

As for other versions of 1v1 I'd imagine it would be like hockey penalties - maybe taking it in turn?
