I can't remember who he played against for us when he did play this season, but he did very well. He's another that's pissed klopp off, so that's it he's on his way. He's worth more than 10m definitely in the current climate
Apparently his lifestyle is awful for a professional footballer and he doesn't put enough effort in to keeping himself in top shape, hence Klopp is not a fan.
He will do well at a mid table team, I think klopp is a fairly harsh task master, it's very much his way or noway. He looked in decent shape when he played, but I think attitude is everything with klopp. You can be the best in the world, but if you want to be a prick, you can be a prick somewhere else.
I'd rather play Milner, Hendo, Fabinho or even Gomez (who I really don't rate at RB) before Clyne but I guess that's what's great about football eh #opinions
I don't think I've ever seen him have a bad game, obviously disappearing for over a year means it's pointless keeping him, but when he was a regular he was good.
He was solid enough defensively but going forward is pretty poor in comparison to TAA and Robbo so would really impact our attacking threat
he's a right back. end of. he played for England. he's got hardly any contract left .. 10-12mil would be awesome. the point is that **** or not. he wasn't available when we needed a player or two so it cost us. he played.v Utd before Christmas when we won.. and played very well. lesson.. don't let options go mid season.
And played well. He’s not the attacking threat we need for sure and by all accounts is a problem player but will go for more than £10m
Liverpool want £17.5million for star man with Italian giants interested http://thekoptimes.com/2019/07/05/l...-for-star-man-with-italian-giants-interested/
He's not the greatest full back I've ever seen, but he's far from terrible. Most will have consciously blocked out the memory of albert playing left back, but how many times would you have given anything for a decent defensive full back when you where staring at Moreno stood next to there keeper while our keeper was picking the ball out the back of the net.
Attitude rather than ability is the issue, it seems. He's another sahko, fallen foul of klopp standards. It's been a long time since I've seen a manager wield as much power as klopp. If he wants you go e, your gone as simple as that.
nothing wrong with clyne, he was a defender who defended, his job wasn't to go forward, just we now play that way. moreno i think would have been better converted to a left midfield player, he was crap at defending. not comparing them, but was bale before he was converted ever a good defender?
