Dylan wasn't at Bikershaw, did you drop the brown acid?
The closest Donovan came to Dylan was they were once in the same hotel room. I like 'em both, but as you say, different leagues.I know Dylan wasn’t there. Donovan was always touted as Britain’s equivalent of Dylan. My comment merely reflected my opinion that there was no ****ing comparison between the two as Dylan was light years ahead.
Sharon van Etten on the John Peel stage, ****ing superb stuff. Best set of the weekend so far.
The Killers killed it !!!
Must check that out. Never seen him live, but every recorded "live" concert I've seen, he certainly appears to be the most professionally genuine performer who looks as though he's really enjoying it. Putting everything he has into it.Just watched a bit of Bruce from 09 Quill

Btw , the Kinks occasionally had a lousy stage presence. but many were brilliant performances.
Ray Davies had to be one of the most prolific composers /lyricists in the business. Half the time his band members (including brother Dave) were out of it. Irony is one of Dave's own solo compositions...

The question is, what are you watching now: The Killers, Chemical Brothers or Wu-tang Clan?
John Peel stage - hilarious - is there a Jimmy Savile, Rolf Harris and Stuart Hall stage as well
I wasn’t aware that John Peel had been identified as a nonce? When did this happen?
I flicked between the two but settled on the Killers because I’d been drinking since the morning and the Chemical Brothers were hurting my head hurt a bit!I watched the Killers. I’d happily have watched the Chemical Brothers as well.
Peel was only in his mid 20's, hardly puts him in the Jimmy Savile catagory.I hear the top being prised off a can of garden wrigglers here, but in order to answer the question, in the 60s he was briefly married to a 15 year old girl. In Texas. Legal age for the time and place.
