Did you not read the pen pictures of Brexit Party EU election candidates that I posted?

Far right is a perfectly fair description of that rabble, and of Farage too I might say.
Only in the same way that Corbyn and McDonnell are Marxist-Leninists - that is their gut instinct, it’s not what their party campaigns on. Voting for Labour doesn’t make you a commie.

Well, in April Farage said that the Brexit Party’s policies were identical to UKIP’s, but the personnel were ‘very different’.

But I agree that nobody voted for them on any other issue than getting Brexit done, and this doesn’t make Brexit Party voters, to date, right or any other wing.

The only other thing that they have been keen to talk about is their disdain for ‘career politicians’. What the hell Farage and Widdicombe are other than career politicians is beyond me.

Career politicians are those that have never done anything else but politics. Milibands come to mind. Farage had a career in the City. Widdicombe worked outside politics for 15 years too.

Oh **** off Goldie, Farage has taken the EU shilling for 20 years, and Widdecombe did 23 years as an MP, some as a minister, and is now being paid by the EU Parliament. Those are careers, not public service gestures.

There doesn't seem to be a definition of "career politician" that I can find. I assume, as I say, that Farage and Widdi mean it to be those politicians that have never done anything else since Uni, but politics. Otherwise it would be a meaningless statement, since on the broad definition, every MP in Parliament is a career politician.

Those two have at least had time working outside politics. Healthy in my view

Why not assume that they are simply referring to people they don’t agree with, and think this is some kind of insult? Bet they wouldn’t describe Bill Cash, 35 years as an MP, as a career politician.

Dont count your chickens mate. There are a lot of labour supporters still up North , many working class aswell. The Tories do **** all for us up here!

Yes, but what if (unlike you) they're passionate Leave voters, and Corbyn comes out for a second referendum with a recommendation to vote Remain (which is what Tom Watson wants)

Are they going to continue to vote Labour? I can't see it.[/QUOTE]

Will Corbyn's indecision be final?...

Have to say as a old labour voter this new lot only have themselves to blame. If a political party can’t take on and defeat the evil blue Cons then they are no better.

I honestly still admire Corbyn for his ethics but he has missed a major opportunity and we are on the edge of seeing election of a erection

It’s going to be very funny to see Boris cock up but also extremely bad to watch Corbyn fail when he has a real chance to kill off these blue ****s

He won’t get a second chance once the blue sheep start gazing on the post Brexit pasture

I don't know the context of their criticism, but I see what you mean. If they're distinguishing themselves from every salaried MP, as the new, fresh, unsullied kids on the block, it does stretch credibility

They're far right like UKIP were far right. Would you vote for Johnson to get Brexit through?

Still haven’t really seen any post Brexit plan from anyone ... that should be the focus point imo

Looking forward to day when post Brexit fail after post Brexit fail is fed back to the sheep with the line... “Well we delivered Brexit for the 17.4m we did a great job for the people we did what you asked for.”

I am looking forward to that

At the moment when asked about for example farming and the certainty of hardship ... all of the blue ****s start with the line: Yes we face difficulties but then it fades into waffle about how they were adopted by muslins at birth.

What’s worse is no one brings them to task about how they spin a question the sheep just munch it all down . Set the rules now if Brexit brings hardship to anyone then Boris loses a finger and it becomes lawful to burn anyone who voted for the Brexit party

The blame culture will never cease in the UK
