Another club with ****s in charge.

Bowyer gets them promoted spending **** all money, and then gets sacked a month later because Charlton claim they don't want to spend money.

Bowyer has already come out and said he was bewildered by the statement the club made, as he wanted to stay.

Charlton's own media team are apparently so pissed off with the ownership that they refused to put this out - the owners themselves did it.

Just read this utter bollocks: https://www.cafc.co.uk/news/view/5d...reement-with-lee-bowyer-on-contract-extension

Not sure how many other clubs currently have a vacancy, but any half decent jobless manager must be thinking Derby County or Hull City....Hard choice..!! Not

Wasn’t he offered.a one year extension, as there’s.a sale pending, along with a 300% salary increase.

If that’s the case then it seems a fair offer to a White ****e racist ****.

Without actually getting the facts and Bowyer's side of the story I think he wanted more than a one year contract as he wanted a bit of job safety which I can fully understand to be honest.

Unless the Club are lying a one year extension with a 300% increase is the equivalent of a 3 year deal on his current money or a two year deal with 50% rise on his current deal.

I'd think one of two situations exist:
1. There's no-one in the pipeline with an interest, let alone an offer, and current owners think Bowyer's reputation is a stumbling block.
2. There may be a deal in the works, and the interested party(ies) think Bowyer's reputation is a negative.
