Nice even spread, with some easy get out of jail fixtures at the end.

What could go wrong...?

So between 1 September and 23rd November, 9 PL games are played. Throw in one or two Caribou matches that makes 11.

Contrast that with the period from 30 November to 11 January 2020 - there is a potential for 12 matches (if Saints make the semis of the Caribou Cup. That is crazy scheduling, all to accommodate three International breaks.

It would be better just to have one international break in October and play all the necessary matches over a three week period. Or not have one at all. So all the international players go off to join their respective national squads while PL fixtures continue. This would make for some very interesting sides during that period.

PS: And for our dear friends at Liverpool, December could be even better as they participate in the World Club Championships, so their PL fixtures need rescheduling. Their fun could increase even further if they make the semis of the Caribou Cup.

What a LOVELY looking December <badger>

Mind you, April looks like a 'toughy'..... but, leads into a good run of games in May to close out yet another season in the Prem :1980_boogie_down:

Toughest patch looks like Spurs (A), Chelsea (H), Wolves (A), Leicester (H), Man City (A), Everton (H), Arsenal (A)...spans two months from the end of September to the end of November with seven straight matches against teams from the top nine last year. Wouldn't hurt to have some points on the board before then.

Our early Home games look a tough set, we will need to get something from the Burnley/Brighton/Sheff Utd away games to avoid a potential early season meltdown.....

Was going to say this is a horrible start. It is always important to get an early win - and that looks like it may have to come away.
