Just want to say sorry for all the stupid comments that have been made on here. Admittedly you don't play attractive football, but hey it works. We simply couldn't deal with the high balls and set pieces. But I am angry that two of your goals stood, you shouldn't of even had the free kick when you scored the second as we IMO were fouled earlier. Luck hasn't evened it self out, because I remember when your player last season cleared it off with his hand, but forget it. We probably deserved the win and I am disappointed with the officials (maybe intimidated by the atmosphere?)

I don't think there is anything wrong about the way you play, other than the fact that it won the game for you today. :azn:
 
It's ok mate, every club has fans that make idiotic comments. We know we don't play attractive football and Stoke fans won't deny that we are extremely unhappy at Pulis for selling one of our few good ball players, but we've got to get on with it now. Yes we certainly had our share of luck, but it could have been worse for you, the officials missed a clear back pass to Gordon which he picked up, and there was bad decisions given against us but I was surprised at how much we got today. I'm not used to balls going into the opposition six yard box and the referee not blowing, the first time he did was the 86th minute I think.

As you might be aware, we had some really awful decisions go against you, so we Stokies know exactly how you feel, how dejected and how let down you feel by the officials. It's especially frustrating when I watch Rugby and Cricket and the officials in those respective sports are in general superb.
 
enough's enough, I have had my say and spat my dummy out on a few threads, sorry stoke fans, I got carried away and should take the rough with the smooth.
