Like I say ive never had to watch what I eat or calorie count luckily. I'd guess I have a high motabalism as I stay around the same no matter but never been told that by a Dr or anything.
I've never really had a regular diet as such. I eat when I'm hungry as silly as that sounds

also when I'm bored, lots of food on a plate usually puts me off, so I tend to eat often in smaller portions but when I'm hungry can tuck away a **** load in one go no probs.
Tomorrow for example if **** all to do so will probably eat about 8/12 times in the day
Spliff + tea
Eggs on toast
More Spliffs + tea
Food again
Couple more joints and a tea or two
Food again
And so on
Pretty much

I should by rights be a fat **** but I ain't.
Also I don't drink regularly, pretty much weekends only usually.
