Was really good. Used chorizo that needed cooking. Had it with cubed chips and cabbage on the side.

Mrs got some wild boar and apple sausages from the butchers today really thick ones (bloody nice) I made my special Sucky mash to go with.

Mash is bit like pool rules in local pubs used to be<laugh>

    My rules are.

Mash the potato's with a little milk 1st, then add single cream, usually half a tub of garlic philadelphia, dollop of mayo, mixed herbs and chopped spring onions.

Sometimes ill cook up some bacon nice and crispy then crumble that in too.

    No pics ffs it's mash

Sounds really nice. The Mayo probably a step too far on the search for creaminess but still, don't doubt it's tasty.

My mash is simpler; season the boiled spuds, add milk, mash to **** then add salted butter and mash some more.

    Job done.

<laugh> I'm having mash tonight, no milk, just butter, grated cheese, mixed herbs and black pepper. Along with a tin of meatballs. All nice and soft for my sore gob.

    Been starving all day,

    I would think so.

On Westgate street, just down from Brewdog and that, right outside the Principality.

Tapas and Pinxtos, excellent. The house Rioja is superb too.
