Barca to sack their manager and appoint Roberto Martinez as their next Manager. Which would be pretty mental. What has he done to earn that calibre of job??

Don't think they have said he is officially the guy they want, but it seems pretty strong links.

    Strange one.

Must pundits will back Villa - they are "darlings" of the media and we are "poor lil Nodge" . I think we have an excellent chance of surviving and indeed flourishing. Our team is a real team - not a bunch of loanees who will go where their parent clubs put them and so I feel we can stay up and establish ourselves. Not saying the Villiains and Sheffield United won't do well - I happen to think they both stand a chance of survival based on the fact that they, like us, have excellent young managers who will be motivated to succeed.

Reminds me of the time when we got promoted with QPR and the media was creaming themselves as they were buying old has been players, but being under the radar suits me perfectly.

On the other hand, he may realise that the Blades could struggle in the PL - no HUGE wads of cash (unlike Villa) and they were lucky to take 3 points off us.
West Brom have a good team and IMO, will definitely challenge for promotion next season.

While what you say is true, surely nobody - having done the hard yards by getting their team promoted, would consider not giving the top flight their best shot?

I just see as a step down. Any manager with ambition will cherish the challenge of taking on the bigger teams with the club they've taken up and if he is successful then the rewards will be much better and gained more experience as well.

West Brom (like us) ) are a bit of a yo-yo club so even if they go up next season there's no guaranteed they will survive.

Unless things are so bad at Sheffield United that he honestly thinks the club is headed for an unavoidable, catastrophic implosion, leaving would be utter insanity - especially to WBA.

Contrary to the others, I think their squad is equivalent or worse than our pre-Farke squad. Take away the loan players, and Rodriguez is really the only player of real quality under the age of 32 there. It's an aging squad heavily reliant on loanees, with the financial reality of the championship about to hit hard.

I’m getting exactly the same, not complaining as it’s free, but still not a great advertisement for the services is it!

I know, but from a big company like BT you wouldn't expect this even for free. Like you say, not the best of advertisements for them either.

Yes, a poor advert for the Premier League, as was the Europa League final. Predictable, though, once English clubs claimed all four final places.
