The line about "we'll make the decision in five minutes" is concerning however.

Odusina came on from the bench
To say winning the domestic treble is harder than the CL us nonsense. To win the premiership Citeh had to beat Liverpool. All the other teams were 26 points or more adrift. The two domestic cups are no longer greatly contested, hence the fact that their opponents were Watford, a team 48 points beneath them.
Winning the CL involves beating sides like Barcelona, Real Madrid and PSG, or the teams that have beaten them. It's all spin.
Agreed GM, but Liverpool were ONLY a point behind Citeh and IF Liverpool had won one more match rather than drawn it, then they would be PL Champions. Is it though? CIteh may not have won the champions league again this year. But Liverpoo might win it for a 6th time a second since they last won a league title leave alone a double or treble. Have they or anyone else won the domestic treble? In fact just winning the Premier league is super tough. Ask Liverpoo! Is it easier to win a series of one of cup games or the attrition of the league? A very competitive league at that. Horses for courses, but the two achievements are certainly in the same ball park.
Bah!
Rule #7 is just bizarrePL rule changes:
The first one sounds incredibly naive. Making a player walk in front of opposition fans could/will be disastrous. Adding the time wasted back on the clock and yellow cards would be a much better solution IMO.
#4 No movement by the keeper before a penalty is kicked is giving the taker an even bigger advantage. With this rule change they should also outlaw "hesitation" kicks by the taker.
I'm interested in what others think, especially about #2. I don't really understand that one.

#2 It did always get messy when an attacker tried to stand in the free kick wall.
#4 We might score a penalty!
I sometimes wonder if it's more of a disadvantage having a wall anyway with the keeper unable to see the ball clearly.
Yeah but that player might think he just scored an important goal and start to celebrate then a few seconds later it gets disallowed. So are players suppose to stand around to make sure it's a goal first? again, just a bizarre rule. A yellow card for over celebrating is another dumb rule imo.I'm OK with #7. To me, over celebrating a disallowed goal is about the same as over celebrating one that's allowed.
