If there's anyone that can get the best out of him i think its Ralph. Perfectly suits his playstyle, just got to hope Ralph can prevent him from going on a strop.

Presumably on loan though, so I guess we will sit tight and gauge interest before committing?
We have really only seen Carrillo under Pellegrino even whilst on loan. Under Pellegrino nearly all of the players were crap. Maybe under Ralph he will be better like most of the squad.
At least a loan will save us £3m in wages even though it doesn’t boost our transfer fund
Don't think Carrillo coped with the expectations of a desperate club in the PL...so much pressure. Not his fault but he is not the player we needed. Let's hope we accept some responsibility for this and make a real effort to help him move on. Time to clear the decks for the revolution (hopefully).
I think that will be down to whether he wants to take a pay cut. We would probably happily see him move on

Also, sorry to burst your bubble Fran but it says they're not willing to meet our asking price - which is £13.2m, which is approximately €15m.
