You are clutching at straws again. Look at other polling data and you will find that what is happening is that the UKIP vote is transferring to Farage Ltd. Ukip is forecast to only hold onto 3 seats. No respectable voter who supports a mainstream party would consider transferring to this fraud.

UKIP has very few voters left to transfer, The Brexit Party has support from the left and right, those who are keen to carry out the wishes of the British people as expressed in the official referendum on membership of the EU. Millions transferred their votes from mainstream parties to UKIP previously and they will do the same for the Brexit Party.
 
As a member of a mainstream party, you clearly do not believe in them. Farage Ltd says he will form a proper party, though he will not want supporters to have a say in how it is run, after the EU elections. It will be interesting to see if he does have any policies because he doesn't at present except one. As you are so clearly fooled by him, will you be sending your £25 to his bank account?

It is you that is apparently looking to deposit £25, mine is firmly with the Tories to ensure that Momentum simply remain an irritation without any power. Farage's Brexit Party will be used to simply influence certain figures in the controlling Tory government. Once remainer May has gone normal service will be resumed. Brexit freedom day will see the rapid decline of the official Brexit Party once it has achieved its objective, a la UKIP. Talk of challenging the traditional two party domination may be topical at the moment but will die along with the LibDem revival and the five minute Change party.

Farage does not need policies, the threat of taking votes from the Tories in a GE is enough to encourage the government to formulate policies in line with the ERG.
 
That silly little man from the ERG was interviewed tonight on what a change of leader would do for the party. He looked shocked when it was pointed out that no matter who was the PM Parliament would not allow the country to leave the EU without a deal, that the Tories would still be a minority government, and the EU were not going to start negotiating again. Of course he couldn't answer, and all the usual bluster from him disappeared.
On another informative piece today Liam Fox finally admitted that there would have to be checks on the Irish border, not because of the EU being awkward, but to comply with WTO rules. He then admitted that it would break the international treaty namely the Good Friday agreement, so there was a bit of a problem there.
It is little wonder that as people find out the truth, more of them want to stay in the EU.
 
Sorry Nige, I won't be able to vote for the Brexit Party as I will still be in Spain on Thursday. The holiday has already been cut short due to an unlikely engagement at Wembley and like me, the European elections holds very little interest for most people. I'm sure you will still do extremely well despite losing my temporary support.
 
The Brexit Party is on course for gaining more votes than the combined remain parties put together. Farage has really caught the imagination of the British public. He will certainly go down as the most influential politician of recent times. The smear tactics against him seems to have backfired. Oh dear.

Never buy anything from the dodgy bloke in the pub goes the saying.
In a few years down the road you will be saying that you are glad that you didn't vote for him.
 
Farage calls it a smear that people are asking about his finances. Just the same response in Austria until it was shown that the far right had their hands in the Russian till. I wonder why these questions keep coming up across Europe about the right wing parties and no one else?

Russia has been subsidising the Labour party and trade unions for decades. The Libdems were left out because they always have zero influence on UK politics.
 
We have one of two options after the total shambles of the last 3 years
We say to Europe it was all a big misunderstanding and we are happy to stay in your club providing to start offering us the respect our overall contributions in funding you deserve
or
We just leave without a deal and tell Germany, France and Italy if you want us to continue to keep your motor industries making a profit tell us what you are prepared to give us in return
The biggest problem in leaving Europe is that when we joined the "Common Market' we had to turn our back on the Commonwealth and it might not be possible to turn back the clock
The Commonwealth itself is potentially one of the biggest trading areas in the world if all the countries involved worked together

This has got to be the most ridiculous comment I have read on this thread. Given the competition that is some going. You voted remain and always vote Lib Dem? Yeah right <laugh>
 
52 countries in the Commonwealth and our total trade with them is more or less the same as with one EU country, Germany. As most of them are forming regional trade agreements, with the largest such as Australia looking to get a free trade agreement with the EU and India wanting free movement into the UK, I think we have missed the boat.
