I'm doing a crock pot dish tonight for the next couple of day's tea.

At the minute it's beef stew type thing or a chilli.

Which please, I'm off to Sainsbury's in a bit? Or propose an alternative challenge.

    Chilli it is.

Used diced shin of beef, results will be tomorrow. Looks promising, it's been on the go a couple of hours.

You was probably going to make a lasagne with meatballs but then realised you never had any lasagna.....or meatballs and 'hoyed' some sausages in to a pan with a couple of loins - but then you got carried away and chopped them, threw in in a dozen different spices and made a sausage and loin chow mein minus the noodles.

    I know of(f)

    Shin of beef.

Cooked the ****er for about 18 hours all told and it was tender as.

I wasn't going to but I think it warrants an ice cold Estrella to celebrate.

Looks a bit weird but I’d destroy it.

Should make it more beige looking.

Just wok sauce, marmite and Dijon for me. Did put some horseradish in my gravy the other week when I over cooked my beef. Was disappointing
