Prediction League Is winning or losing better?

It's trying to compare two different things though. Liverpool have had a better league season than everybody bar City, that is fact. As for the rest, Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal, their league form has been pretty even, as there's only two points that separate three places.

When it comes to trophies though, it's about winning them. Yes the CL is better than the EL. But if Spurs lose, then whoever wins the EL will have had a better season than Spurs as they'll have a pot to show for it.

After winning the EL recently, and losing a CL Final relatively recently, obviously the Europa League is better on the day and losing a CL Final sucks arse, and the trophy is better than no trophy but ffs look where we were when we were losing CL Finals to Barca and look where we were two years ago... it’s not even close. I know exactly where I’d rather be.

This is how you know that all of Bollocks about chelsea being as big a rival as arsenal is bollocks...would never want Arsenal to win a final but wanted Chelsea to beat Arsenal in the League cup finsl , the fa cup final and want them to win the EL final...that's proper rivalry.

The EL is only relevant cos of the CL place.

This is because UEFA and the premier league have treated everything other than the CL and Premier league as a joke.

Allowing non champions into the CL is ****ing moronic imho.

This killed the European Cup Winners Cup and led to the UEFA Cup becoming the stupid EL.

From the late 1990s til now the top clubs, plsyers, managers and fsns belittled any trophy other than the CL or title.

The FA Cup, League Cup and EL are referred to as mickey mouse trophies...and it became more important to be top 4 thsn to win these (until EL had a CL place given to the winners).

Man City were knocked out by league 1 wigan under Pep Guardiola yet it was treated as Meh...cos he got top top 4 that season.

When spurs won the League Cup snd came outside the top 4 Wenger clsimed the "top 4 was a more important trophy" and sll the pundits went slkng with it.

Money means everything...and that means CL is vital...no CL and you are severely disadvantaged.

Same in reverse bruv. Not sure why Spurly gets all rattled about it when Arsenal want Chelsea to beat you. These are the laws of our rivalry. It doesn't matter who you're playing, the oppo is always the preferred winner.

Not for me mate, Arsenal is and always will be the number one rival in my eyes. The only time I'd ever want Arsenal to beat Chelsea was if it was of any benefit to Spurs, other than that, I'd always want Chelsea to beat Arsenal.

Football us getting pushed more and more towards elitism !
