It's pretty sensible in general in our board, there are just one or two nutjobs and they are the ones who get the quotes in here.
I called this weeks ago. They’ll be shouting that they in any other PL season with that points tally, they’d have won the league. Therefore they won the league in reality, because it’s not fair because Pep or oil money or something. The real moral champions (who bought a £75m CB & a £70m keeper)
I’m glad they’re not winning the league, Because Sky would turn into LFC Gv, even tough they already have, They would also be insufferable as well.
Can’t stand either of em, tbh. City is just a manufactured, bought and paid for machine, where one £50-60mill part is easily replaced by another of similar price. Pool and their great sense of entitlement get on my tits just as much. The only reason I’ve come down in favour of City is because we’ll have to listen to way less ****e on here about ‘dey’re da greatest team in da wuuurrrllldd yannow’
If Liverpool win it I won't be able to watch football on the box for a while. There are too many of their ex-players splattered all over every football show and they will inevitably crap on about how it's the greatest achievement in the history of football, better than any other title win, this one is special, this one is for the people, this one is for Liverpool Football Club
Who knows ... but as the last few seasons have shown, only Citeh and Liverpool can be bullishly confident of a Top 4 spot and therefore CL. We are certainly no more vulnerable to losing promising young players than any other PL club and perhaps less so. We don't succumb to transfer pressure from the big clubs unless it is in our interests to sell. The club is showing that it is happy to give youth regular playing time. Our pay structure rival's the likes of Spurs. The new £80 million training ground under construction will be the most advanced in Europe. The club is obviously ambitious as the appointment of Brendan the investment in players and ground expansion plans demonstrate. So all in all ... I'm pretty relaxed about the short to medium term future.
