That means nothing Kips. It's just you proposing the terms to G4E, he subsequently proposed the terms of the bet which you agreed to 'exactly as it was written'
G4E clearly accepted the terms of the wager, and he is bound by them. What he wrote afterwards was merely a purposeful misquoting of the terms (which I clearly did not pick up on). It makes absolutely no difference, as the wager had already been made and accepted. It is basic English contract law. Sorry, but all you have done is to remind me that G4E is about to owe me a forfeit. He's fcuked, mate.
