Matt has a point in that I don't really recall other PL teams playing on a Friday to give them extra preparation for a CL game. But it is Liverpool.

They wouldn't have even been in the semi final when it was announced.

Down to the TV companies.

In fairness, their CL opponent is Barca away.
They will need as much time as possible to prepare if they are to avoid an utter mauling.

Monday night, as per usual premier league standards in 'helping' out our CL representatives.

It is a bit odd to suddenly change just for Liverpool, got to say.

Maybe BBC Salford have something to do with it?

[HASHTAG]#pgmol[/HASHTAG] helping Liverpool out again.

Without all their best player penaltypool, non yellow cards and tv scheduling they would probably be about wolves level

I don't think Klopp will. He'll change the midfield as he as done all season, the rest of the team will be pretty much the same.

Slight chance Origi will come in for Mane or Salah (Bobby was left out vs Porto) but I think he'll go with the regular trio

You're ****ing repeating yourself, you boring **** <laugh>

It must be because they've always been a game or two behind City for weeks and weeks, what with Livpl's runs in the domestic cups, and just need to catch up?

Don't forget that unlike Citeh, the Poool also had to play 3 games
in 12 days this month against the PL #3 side.
