I did say worldwide. below quoted from. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extinction_Rebellion#International Tee shirt and glue at a branch near you.
"International
Extinction Rebellion events are planned for the week starting 15 April 2019, in 27 other countries including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, France, Sweden, Germany, Colombia, New Zealand[7][78][79] and in New York City for a national day of action for the United States.[80]

On Monday, XR activists occupied part of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, forming human chains before being arrested.[81]Similar actions were organised by XR groups in Berlin, Heidelberg, Brussels, Lausanne, Madrid, Denver and Melbourne.[82]

Australia

My point stands the people I observed (not people in foreign countries) would not cause damage or spray the road or glue themselves to vehicles in most or any of all of worst offending countries in the world.
I think we can agree there are some obvious omissions from your list.
That may change?
Finally with that large list do you think it will be necessary for them all to cause damage or have they/ will they been peaceful.

At least 29 killed and 27 injured after a bus carrying German tourists came off the road at Canico, Madeira. I was there last summer and the roads are winding and close to sheer drops....but when you are on holiday you feel invincible, don't you? Sadly none of us are :(

Awful end.
Several years back, coming down the snow laden mountain roads of Andorra in a coach was a sobering experience. I was hitting the phantom brake 90% of the time. When we reached the point where it couldn't possibly get worse we rolled past a sibling coach which had smashed into the cliff face in identical conditions the previous day killing the driver and several passengers. Random chance certainly picks its moments. But for that smash might our driver have proceeded as cautiously? Who knows.
