The idea of selling Kane is just silly, but it would be absolutely hilarious if Janssen somehow developed a habit of scoring winners as a super sub for the run-in. Starting with the either of the Man City games.

Like basically every team in with a shout of Champions League football who can afford to chuck £100k+ a week wages around, we're being linked with Benfica attacking midfielder Joao Felix - and those links (not just to us, but in general) got a hell of a lot louder after his hat trick against Eintracht Frankfurt last night
While I'm not going to deny his form in his debut season has been impressive, with ten goals and five assists in the Primeira Liga even though he missed a chunk of the early season with an ankle injury and spending a few games on the bench as he was lacking match fitness, it's still the Primeira Liga where Benfica only have to raise their game for the four league matches against Porto and Sporting every season, and given the numerous clubs being linked this one does feel like any attempt to bid will see us promptly outbid by one of the usual suspects

He's not a Jorge Mendes client, so he probably won't be headed there
Another thing to mention is that, with interest in Luka Jovic heating up, Benfica will most likely cash in on one player but certainly not both - so a far more likely signing from Benfica would be their routinely-linked left back Alex Grimaldo (unless we're cursed, where we'll somehow end up taking Adel Taarabt back...)

It is incredible, wait, incredibly frustrating I should say, that someone with perfect technique and vision has become so poor at dead balls. He can literally hit a ping pong ball into a nun’s snatch when the ball is rolling but ask him to beat the first man from a set piece and you’ve got more chance winning the lottery and Euro millions in the same week.
