I always find them to be very friendly and courteous on the phone, no complaints about that. I just find their organisational competence leaves a lot to be desired.
 
Bought myself a new razor last night ... Gillette Mach 3 Turbo on offer for a fiver in the supermercado

Will review it when I have a shave

Theres no difference really between mach 3 trubo and old mach 3 and the next step up is fusion blades which are mad money. Gillette is a money racket.

Indeed. Each single cartridge costs them about 40p to make, they sell 8 packs for £25
 
I do have a fusion razor but hardly use it because 5 blades is just too many and overkill, plus they're extortionate to replace

Got a Merkur Futur safety razor that I use occasionally but the Mach 3 is my go to and honestly doesn't cut or irritate as easily

I could have sorted you out with a much better razor £10 plus 5 blades and all shiny and with your initials on it.
