For someone who drives a dumper truck around, to describe a University lecturer, or a skilled mechanic as a halfwit is rather ironic. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

So the DUP have said they will not support the PM. As Moggy said he would support her if the DUP did, what will he do now? The man is a straw blowing in the wind, but a hero to some.

What a strange comment, is class snobbery alive in the French wilderness?

Wrong, he said he would support her deal if they abstained. This is probably all too complicated for you.

Who cocked up the negotiations? I think that the Tory party did. If you like to say it is not your Tory party, then why do you pay to support them?

The DUP have said they will not abstain but vote against. So perhaps you would like to think again.

No, only a dumper truck driver would consider himself to be superior to a person of letters.

It's the ultimate bribe - vote for my exit strategy and I'll resign. Jaybus.

This really is too complicated for you. You said Rees Mogg would vote for May's deal if the DUP also voted for it. That was factually incorrect. He actually said he would vote for it if they abstained, knowing they would not support it.

    Try to keep up.

As far as I know anybody is allowed to drive a dumper truck regardless of their other attributes, what a strange fellow you are.

So what have the DUP said? They will vote for it, they will abstain? They have said they will vote against, so the questions remains will your hero change his mind again?. More to the point however is have you decided to support the PM or not?

Your statement was factually incorrect, in fact many of yours are rather wooly if looked at in detail.

Brexiteers are clearly unhappy with the lousy deal created by 'remainer' May and her band of incompetent civil servants. They are now carefully weighing up the chances of the UK leaving with 'no deal' against a long delay or not actually leaving. Bercow is colluding with remainers but his actions may lead to a no deal becoming more likely.
Parliament failed tonight to come up with an agreed, non binding, indicative vote.

Quite likely. And you are able to lecture 50 students on medical research into stem cell procedures? You are a sad soul attempting to call others halfwits when you do not even know them.

He must have been at the back of the bread queue with the Le Pen supporters when you spoke to the halfwits. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

So you admit that compared to a University lecturer you are not quite up to his task. Suggest you go and do some moonlight dumper driving, and you will save a bit of money on the hire charge.

Interesting that if the cabinet had been allowed to vote, a Customs Union and a second referendum would probably have been approved tonight.

No need, I will save about £30k for a few weeks work, enough to buy a shack in a cheap part of France. :emoticon-0105-wink:

  19. Fair points and well made as always. I'm resigned to it and this is the least worst option.
