I don't think we should sell Mane unless he forces our hand. I'd rather sell Salah than Mane to be honest. Salah may score more goals, but he tends to score them in games we dominate anyway and you can't help but think someone else would. Mane gets them when the rest of the team is doing badly. Mane doesn't go anonymous when the team is playing bad, to me, he's the more important of the two.
Long term contract means emails about Mané that don't include a £250m+ fee can just go straight to spam.
