I'd love it if San Marino equalise. I'd be straight over to the Scotty board, or "general chat" - whatever it's called.
Completely agree....I did wonder if JM bought him to make one of his half assed points. He has added nothing to the premier league imho. Shame cos there is a very good player hidden within that ego
I can see why, but he is beginning to show himself to be a very good player. I'd like to keep him, if only to have stability and build our existing squad in other areas like defence.
I think Pogba does like playing here, but I think he expected it to be easier to win in this league. Since Jose left he’s been the best midfielder in the league, but the first sniff of a lucrative deal at Madrid has turned his head so **** him, he won’t change now. Yet Herrera still has no new deal.
It has shown the benefits of playing in another country as a younger player. He's probably matured more quickly than some and is playing at a very high level each week. It has to be a great life experience too. We really do have some decent kids coming through.
He’s got too much influence in the dressing room, if he turns on Ole the rest will. I can appreciate how good he is but no player is bigger than the manager or the club.
Herrera is one of those players that no one (other than his club fans) realises how good he is. Annoying mofo for opposition fans but everyone would want him imo
I'd like to see a full season of him under Ole. Tbf he'll find it hard to turn the dressing room against Ole with Phelan there and Fergie in the background. Also, Mourhino created a rod for his own back which pissed off other players. I don't think the same is true with Ole and I reckon he'll have the vast majority of the players' backing. Except Sanchez atm.
weirdly been having a similar discussion on our board hence now get back to work you lazy useless civil servant
"That's right, you voted San Marino substitute Nicola Nanni as your man of the match. Worth noting every San Marino player scored higher than Andy Robertson."
