I don't think we're in that different a position to 2003 or 2007. We have the forwards and all-round mental toughness to compete with the Aussies and the All Blacks, but as usual they have more strength in depth at the back. So it all comes down to whether our kickers can make the difference, assisted by new blood like Youngs and Ashton rising to the big stage.
Still think its the Aussies that may win it ! Nothing but respect for Robbie Deans , should have been given his chance as All blacks coach , but Heyho His record at Canterbury Crusaders in the super 10/12/15 is excellent!
#watfordfc starting XI v Reading: Loach; Doyley, Taylor, Mariappa, Dickinson; Yeates, Eustace (c), Hogg, Forsyth; Sordell, Weimann
hornets subs for Reading v #watfordfc: Gilmartin (GK), Mirfin, Deeney, Iwelumo, Garner. Three strikers on the bench for this afternoon.
Yes but worried about the lack of cover in midfield on the bench albeit Garner and Deeney can fill in out wide.
sensible. if mapps or tiny injured - mirfin if lloyd - mapps moves over if dicko - forsyth drops, deeney on deeney can cover yeates only cover missing is eusty
Reading line-up against #WatfordFC: Federici; Griffin, Pearce, Gorkss, Mills; Kebe, Leigertword, Karacan, McAnuff; Manset, Le Fondre

If that's true, the bench looks sensible enough. Hard to see how Mingoia and Murray are going to get a sniff this season though.
