Let’s hope this isn’t the whole after the Lord Mayors show type scenario. Slightly different but saw how bad United were v arsenal after their win v psg.

lets just get the job done and pass the buck back over to city to catch us again

We'll be up for it, have to be very on it though as Fulham are looking at going down and need the points.

13 points down and 8 to go.

they are prob 3 games from down... its ideal to play this lot now cos they wont raise the game until the last game before the are down.

the "brave" last performance ****.

They know they are down, so they are just playing out time but they will put a show on sometime

They're going down whatever happens - unless it's the Second Coming and Jesus is a Cottager (if you get my meaning).
They might still fight though, and possibly play with a bit more freedom once they accept the inevitable.
We still need to be on our game, but that's true of every match anyway.

Just thinking on prior year I think, just my opinion, that sides seem to play under a cloud until the day when its going to be confirmed then they put in that extra bit of effort and then after that its no pressure stuff win or lose so they play more free.

Just comparing to west brom last year say. I think we played them and they put up a fight they'd not shown for 4 months and took 2 points. but it was utterly pointless display.

It won't stop them being up for a game against us though. We've been so much better than usual this season when it comes to the so called smaller teams hopefully that trend will continue.
