I think personally if you just join the dots.....

Club gets a fine for certain behaviours... flares, banners, or chants or whatever... do the fans change... nope they say no pyro no party and up the ante.

Club gets more fines.

Or

Club gets fine for fans standing. they continue to stand.

The club gets reduced ticket allocation for away games... fans whine...

Or

club has consistent issues with violence outside gorund where pople get stabbed... club is not responsible... no action.. people get hurt worse. (see milwall, see roma fans)

In the end if you tolerate the antics of the few they start to become more and more the norm until you suddenly have a big problem.

I'd goodle the long and unsavoury history of this derby before judging if birminham city have no guilt.. thats what i did.

Its the same as that stupid palace v brighton bullshit due to something that happened before most were born.

The hammer needs to be dropped on the individual and the club.

brummie fool gets 14weeks and a £350 quid fine

£100 of that goes to grealish for the pain and aguish felt <laugh>

given he's on a whopping 40k per week in the championship thats the equivilant of 25minutes wages for the player.

Or if you only feel players earn their money on the pitch... then that the 13.5 seconds he sat on the pitch after getting punch paid for.

He's got a massive rebuilding job on his hands there

And the best thing is that Moureen ain't getting that job and shed loads of money <laugh>

Anyone offering Mourinho more than a 6 month rolling contract would have to be insane or part of some kind of financial scam

He reportedly left Madrid because he, like many others, knew a major rebuilding job was needed in the summer and wanted a large transfer budget to fix it (don't all top managers rely on money these days?) particularly with Ronaldo leaving. They declined, so he upped and ****ed off.

If he's going back, bet you anything they'll be spending whatever he wants this summer to convince him.

This is where Zidane shows if he's actually a top manager or just the head of a really expensive squad of self-managing players. Can he build a team or just play FIFA with money cheats turned on?

Wasn't there a quote somewhere about the Real players a few years ago saying they didn't need a coach, just someone to pick a team and they'd win themselves? It was along those lines and just showed how arrogant (and yet right) their players are. Do they need Zidane or just someone to buy some world class talent and smile for newspapers?

Reactions: Bumps
theres a long history here.....

Behind closed doors is one way to go but that punishes club too.

They are on 50 points so a 10 point draconian deduction would seem to make a statement but at same time doens't hurt birminham one iota. right now they are 5 points off play ffs with 10 games to go so it would say you've just cost yourself any small chance you had.

however it IS the clubs fault. they are responsible.

If we played at old trafford and someone knifed vvd would you forgive utd?

Thats the thing.

We used to have fences and we sort of put up with streakers but some countries still have fences and barriers. Are we saying its not the clubs fault if something happens then? they are clearly responsible for safety.
err think it would hurt Brum quite a bit as they are expected to be slapped with a points deduction over financial matters relating to transfers by the EFL .
Surprised some form of barrier hasn't already been put in place at most grounds as in this country it is just so simple to just hop on to the pitch .

Ridiculous isn't it?
You'd hope that Grealish would pass that on to a charity of some sort.

On a side note, although obviously not condoning the attack, I admit I could never take to Grealish. I don't know why, tbh - maybe it's his daft barnet, but he's not alone in that department.

Guillem Balague has said tonight that one of the reasons Zizou left RM was Gareth Bale. ZZ wanted him sold and Perez refused.
