My dad wouldn't let me go to football cos of all the violence, (which is weird, cos he liked having a fight). so when I turned 18 I decided to go, first match I went to was Palace v Birmingham. I was in the stands right next to the birmingham fans, between us, 1 police woman and a bit of tickertape.

The issue is, what if the prick had a knife...anything could happen if he can get that close so easily.

I think he'll get banned for life and Birmingham will face consequences as a club that are strong enough to deter other so called fans doing it again.

Yeah I guess we don't know his previous etc.

If he has no previous convictions he ain't going to prison imo.

Can't remember if the Leeds fan had any previous or not but he went to jail didn't he? And yeah wouldn't surprise me.

Needs to be some sort of sanction on Brum too really, should never be able to get that far, especially in a local derby ffs.
