@Hoddle Is A God after the way you’ve flogged your little tagger off about United this season, I assume you’re praying with every ounce of your being that Little Ollie doesn’t romp past your donkeys as they perform the mother of all capitulations?

I’ll start digging you a nice grave, just to cover every eventuality mate.

Provided that we finish above Arsenal and the Mousers finish behind City, I will congratulate you, and enjoy the "St Arsehole's Day" celebrations along with everyone else, Tel.

From 'City's closest challengers' for the title to praying you finish above Arsenal.

What about if that's in 5th place behind Man Utd and Chelsea? I'll be honest, the competition for 3/4th spots is looking very fruity now. If I had to put money on one it'd have to be Man Utd. The other is any of three tbh.

Sterling with a nice offside goal and a tap in to up his stats
I didn't think it was offside at all. Poor defending by Watford. You should concentrate on your team of the century and not worry about other games.

I said a few weeks ago that I could see Utd overhauling Spuds to 3rd.

That 4th spot is up for grabs. Any one of Arsenal, Chelsea or the Spuds could grab it.

As long as we finish above Arsenal, I don't care where we finish.

With the uncertainty over the new stadium, I never expected us to finish top 4, this season. If we do, it will be a massive bonus.

Will you be going to the first game at the new ground mate? It could be a dour affair if things carry on like this. I just hope they're selling popcorn <whistle>

You said you would be 'City's closest challengers' this season

Apart from the fact that you have proven yourself the saddest fcuker on this board by archiving my posts, it is clear to anyone but the most deeply moronic that I limited that comment (that you link to) to our form at the time I made the post.

No matter how "spursey" we perform, nothing will ever detract from the fact that you have a manager called Dick Emery in charge of your club, and that you have a cowboy bandito in charge. That must really piss you off.
