Maybe we have transitioned too far and need to tweak ahead of next season.

Not sure - we will play the majority of games against sides who will sit deep and we will have majority of the possession so I think we need to improve up on that style.

I think we need to improve our possession based game by signing an attacking midfielder in the Fekir the mould, getting Ox back and ensure Keita is fully up to speed.

We also need another versatile fast wide attacker to challenge the front 3.

Maybe everyone is remembering a different Ox to me. Everyone seems very excited to have him back...

... And don't get me wrong, he has impressed since joining us and was a worthwhile signing...

... But I don't remember him.being a game changer. A very capable player, but not someone who will turn our fortunes around.

I do think he has been overhyped since injured but he offers pace, dribbling, power and scores goals/creates from midfield.

We’re lacking his skillset.

OX is the type of player Jurgen Klopp likes, the injury has been a setback for him and the club. He is going to play to his potential hoping there
is no reaction to his injury.

look two things.

we are deffo sitting deeper without gomez. there's bar too big a gap between front 3 and midfield and midfielder are all hanging round hiding while ball goes front to back.

what we need a men who want to get on ball and influence game. a midfielder should always want to be on ball making things happen. ideally they don't hog it but keep it moving.

ours just move it backwards if not turned right way.

Nah.

Think we discussed before but Werner is a good player who is best suited to fast transition / counter attacking football.

Given that we’ve now switched to a more possession based style, not sure we will get the best out of him.

Good to have options. We are still forced to play counter attacking football against some sides

He's the type of player we are missing; always looks forward first and isn't afraid to try something, whether it's a pass, shot or dribble. He drives us forward.

Bit harsh. That's what he does nowdays. Before injury he was ok most of the time.

he always fancied a pointless cruyff turn out wide where he'd no real risk.

he was what he was. not a winger and we bought mane to push him out and back. he had one half decent year as no 8 where we were scraping 4th yeah...

True but if we had to prioritise funds on a new player, it would be on a different type of attacker.

Pretty much all of our team like to have the play in front of them. We need players who can play in tight spaces and with their back to goal.

Lallana is an interesting player. Fantastic touch and ball control but very little else. He’s a classic example of style over substance - looks very good but doesn’t actually do anything.

If he had an ounce of intelligence, he would have been a very good player.

you just watch. the lurk in shadows of opponents.

when Henderson is unfortunate enough to find himself available for a pass he just gets rid instantly
What do you think I've been doing for the last 150 years?:emoticon-0110-tongu
We can all have our opinions of the relative merits and quality of our midfielders, but I think it's safe to say they all put in a shift.
Klopp wouldn't have them anywhere near the team if they didn't.

we are already seeking a new Loan for Harry Wilson.

seeking a prem club.

I've said numerous times klopp simply doesn't fancy the player.
