VAR is supposed to overrule clear and obvious mistakes. That wasn't one. They're not using it consistently and that's one of the big issues that I have with it. Can't say that I'm too sad to see Neymar crashing out, though. Twat.
I hurt my back. I’m too old and injured to be doing backwards rolls on the kitchen floor. What a result. Ole has got all of them believing in themselves and the team.
I think it's normally the same as in the Champions League and World Cup. There was this incident in the Eredivisie a while ago:
Only just seen Fosse's gaff got turned over... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-47469652
I hate that ****. He stole a living from United and thinks he was treated badly. He looked gutted. To be fair he worked hard although apparently he’s a lazy git for PSG most of the time and the fans don’t like him.
When Arsenal are involved in a result like that you’ll understand. Although you’ll be in your 60s so a gentle “hurrah” would probably be best.
Ref said pen, VAR said pen, BT Sport guest ref said pen, not sure what a security steward’s opinion matters?
