Roasties look nice, but what's that carrot...was it one of those ready chopped packs from the supermarket?
Buy whole mate and cut chunky, will make the presentation better....and peas, no, no, no!
To be fair it's only the veg presentation that spoils it and makes it look like something ordered in a supermarket cafe!

Can't be asked, but sure i've given Comm a few recipes before, from bolognese to frittata's. I quite like doing my own mediterranean veg dishes to go with fish, probably because Italian style dishes are my favourite. I can't cook cakes and pastries, used to be able to when i was really young, but forgotten what i learned. Love a good roast, probably would be the level of pieguts that he's put up. Couple of lads on here, like Chief though appear leagues ahead of me, with preparation and presentation. As for Comm, well what can i say, sausages - btw not knocking Luv, just banter, I'm sure he just needs a decent camera
