Nope ... its the "I cost over £50m, get paid £200,000 per week to **** over the gooners in the 89th minute of a NLD" trophy
It don't work mate. table say, one out of six...that's a **** return no matter how you try to gloss it over.
Just enjoying a gooner missing a 89th minute penalty in a NLD. I know you don't get it cos you are 5 or 6 divisions below your neighbours but do try and keep up.
Top of the table Torquay lost at home to bottom of the table Weston Super Mare. Second placed Woking drew away to second from bottom Hungerford. Third placed Billericay lost away to third from bottom East Thurrock.
you know I think I could be a MOTD commentator. watch the game, wait for the editor to cut it down to 8 minutes then comment on it. that way you can slip in juicy tid-bits like "they haven't conceded a penalty since ..." just before they give a pen away or " "team" has not had a player sent off this season" after a booking then, low and behold, he gets a second. so ****ing obvious!
Only joking @Tel Brilliant game of footy at OT today and some cracking goals, thought we would have been good value for a point but thats life as a Saints fan I suppose. Great day out and love OT too, lives up to the hype imo.
No pundit, including ex referee Walton on BT seems even to know about the extract from the Offside Law I quoted earlier.... "If a player in an offside position is moving towards the ball with the intention of playing the ball and is fouled before playing or attempting to play the ball, or challenging an opponent for the ball, the foul is penalised as it has occurred before the offside offence" Kane was moving towards the ball but got fouled before he could jump so it was a penalty. Whether that Law is sensible is another matter.....you could make a case either way.
He didn't. He was pushed before he could jump. Anyway that wasn't my point. My point was that the pundits don't know the Laws. They should have been discussing whether he broke that Law which specifically allows him to move towards the ball. They all said he was offside because he moved towards the ball.
It's easier just to call them all a shower of ****s, instead of trying to debate the offside rule mate.
I'd just like to say again how much I love OGS. Absolute club legend. A supersub club legend. Man love for OGS.
Pundits are mostly ex-professional players so they probably do know the laws but hey **** them you seem to know it all, I'm with you Oracle.
