As far as I understand this, mate - and that’s not a lot, it depends on Taylor and/or his lino’s Interpretation of whether Kane was fouled before he attempted to play the ball, or not. Clearly it’s subjective opinion, but Taylor obviously decided he was fouled before any attempt was made to play the ball.
