Good morning gentlemen and may you all enjoy your Saturday sport.

Paul Merson has claimed that we have a very good chance of winning the CL. Now, I wish he hadn't said that because he is OFTEN wrong in his predictions and he's stated we are already through to the quarter finals. He's an idiot. He's overlooked the fact that three goals often get scored between these two sides and BD were without top players. Yes, you can also argue that we were but we were at home and so had a distinct advantage. Son LOVES BD too having scored 9 against them.

Now, I hope the team and Poch don't get over confident, that he plays the strongest possible squad and maybe place the emphasis on a strong defensive line up. Dortmund will have to come at us but one thing's for sure, they won't give up. If they score early we'll be under the cosh.

Thanks deedub but there was also a friendly in Duquemin's time which we won 3-0. We CANNOT take this lightly.

May I ask what the result of a match played over 60 years ago has to do with the second leg of the 2019 Champions League. I doubt if any opponent who played against Len will be turning out on the 5th of March. And even if they do, they would be older/contemporary to Audrey, in which case I think that we could afford to take them lightly.

Tradition between clubs deedub, no exact connection, just a 3 goal tradition which goes back a long way.

Burnley, Chelsea, Arsenal and Dortmund next 4 matches. We should beat Burnley and Chelsea face 3 matches to our 1 before we meet. Arsenal are beatable and we have a good cushion against Dortmund. Come on you Spurs.

The quarter finals are on 16 March. We play Brighton on 6 April.
If Palace win today, that is the game which will need to be arranged.
