Yer iv'e noticed this spider uprising this summer.For some reason,Orchard Park est houses used t be real hot spots for spiders,when i lived there. Wonder if its still the same. Surely Tigeroo will be on soon to tell us we know nothing of big spiders !
 
It 's not so much spiders I hate it's moths.

I've grown quite attached to the big hairy , eight legged bastard who lives on the window ledge in my garage .
I'm even considering trimming his nostril hair for him because boy does he need it .

It's moths that, if I'm honest, freak me out.
They are just ****ing mental . They have no sense of fear or reason . You try swatting one and all they do is dive bomb your face when flying away would be far simpler .

I also don't like the fact they turn to dust when to squash one either.
How the frig does that happen ? It's just not right .
 
Come and stroke my cat called bonkers. He's a feral rescue cat. The bugger will have your hand off. Have to keep him segregated from the other 5 cats. Still he's a big softy with me, at long last.
 
Well i live on Kingswood so i live in the hope they wont be too many scary things under the floorboards -_-

I havent seen many in my bedroom yet but i recall seeing one when i lived in Hornsea that was about as big as my hand.. never ran so fast in my life.

Agree with the above though.. MOTHS.. the little ****ers have been in and out my windows all summer.. had about 8 in my room at one point.. wafting my arms about like some sort of window licker didnt do much apart from irritate them so i had them just flying at my face and leaving dusty patches on me.. cant stand them!
 
Ive never been bothered by moths there ars ome big bastards down here though i had one land on my sholder the other day just looking at me or at least i think it was flew off after a while cant see what the problem is with them

Went to sleep yesterday (I thought my bedroom was safe!) Dropped my book and bend down to pick it up, when one of those cow killing spiders ran out of my small table next to my bed towards my hand. I smashed that mothafucka to pieces out of pure reflexes, while it scared the crap outa me :emoticon-0102-bigsm


I would like to get my cat here in the next loan window. He would fock them up :bandit:
 
It's not the spiders in Stoke you have to worry about Febbos. It's the women. They're nutters.

Going good! Been training during the last 3-4 weeks, so I am more or less working on my own right now. Just gotta handle the multi-tasking better and I'm rolling<ok>

3 chats and 1 phonecall at the same time trying to navigate 4 different programs at the same time is pretty mindfucking.......

I'd have made myself look a total tit if that happened to me.

I'd have screamed and ran around like a ****ing banshee until it flew off .
 
I've had an earwig infestation this year, hopefully the colder weather now will be killing the buggers off. Must have flushed about 30 down the bog since Spring!
 
Used to live in student digs in Lincoln where we'd get slugs coming into the kitchen through the plughole in the sink and then crawl across the kitchen floor... You walk in at night with the lights off and step on one of those wearing nothing but socks and you're never the same again. You instantly know what you've just done as well!
 
When I was in the Army ( sound like uncle Albert) I once woke up on exercise to find a rat nibbling on my fingertips . I should have had my arms inside my scratcher ( sleeping bag ) but it was a warm night if I remember correctly.

Anyway I can honestly say it didn't bother as much as when a seagull sized moth landed on my arm a week or so later.

Me and moths do not get on .

Eyup Scarborough,we used to have half feral cat. Huge black thing we called Casper. It chose to live with us,and did'nt really give us much choice.The fuker used t bring bats home ! How the fuk do they do that !
 
When I were a lad we used to live in a cardboard box until me dad found a tenner ont pavement one day so we moved into a skip.. in the skip there was a spider the size of a labrador.. my lil sister used to ride to school on it cos she was well-ard.. one day I found an old piggy bank someone had chucked in skip, inside were twenty quid so we moved into a bus shelter.. everyone round there called us 'yuppie tramps' cos we'd made our way up the housing ladder so quick.. happy days..

I'd have believed that but having just hired a skip know that there's no way a tenner would be enough .
 
I've had a load of wasps in the house - coming in through the open door. A few days ago I got an extremely big one (a huge ****er!). It was a HORNET! About an inch and a half long.

I don't want any more of those.....<yikes>
 
i always use the argos catalogue then i jump on it for 5 minutes to make sure one was so big it even survived that

How would you like to find one of these in the bathroom? My wife picked up a towel with a tarantula hiding in it. Never been the same since. Despite the fearsome looks (spider not wife) they're not aggressive.
