It's a Northern Italy thing, think I'll give it a go seeing as I haven't done so before. Pasta wise I'll go tagliatelle. So garlic bay and pancetta in, I have some lemon thyme growing in the garden so will use some of that. The lack of tomatoes is interesting I'd normally have a lot of toms in there.
