Long time ago...wanted the world to burn until Mrs RCL saved me ... we were mates back then and only got together a few years later.

Still have nightmares and **** and have had counselling 3 times but all in all I am very lucky.

A partner who gets me...2 great kids amd a tree in Greenwich Park as a memorial to my boy.

Would be 25 this year.

Biggest lesson learned from counselling and Mrs RCL ... talk sbout him as my son and others will see me as a dad rather thsn a **** who let his boy die...most days it works too!

I've been through all that and the medication, it never worked and if anything it made me worse. After about 12 years of struggling, I paid to go through a hypnosis course and its made me a lot better. I'm able to do stuff, I would never have been able to do if I was still just limping through life.

I don't know how you found the strength to pick yourself up off the floor from losing your son. I can't even begin to imagine the pain. I'm sorry for your loss.

Are you actually taking your dog to the vets to be put down, or are you dragging it out into the garden and booting it to death?

I’ve got the vets doing a home visit. <ok> you going to wish cancer on them too?

You’re such a ****ing needy bird spurlock has probably already fingered you, your daughters and ya dead ma. I say daughters as you probably unfortunately for the benefit system spawned more than you have fingers.

Yep. I hope you get cancer and it slowly eats away at you causing as much pain and misery as possible <ok>
