Honestly not taking the piss but when my son died the world was a very dark place but I got some counselling through my GP on the NHS and it really helped me.
If things are still dark talk to your Dr ... they take it seriously cos male suicide is at epidemic proportions.

I've been through all that and the medication, it never worked and if anything it made me worse. After about 12 years of struggling, I paid to go through a hypnosis course and its made me a lot better. I'm able to do stuff, I would never have been able to do if I was still just limping through life.
I don't know how you found the strength to pick yourself up off the floor from losing your son. I can't even begin to imagine the pain. I'm sorry for your loss.
