Flying and sharks.

Flying because when we went to Ibiza when I was 6 (1970) we flew out there in a terrible thunderstorm and flew back home in an even worse electrical storm. My elder sister also hates flying.

Sharks because I saw the film Jaws on holiday in Weymouth when I was 11 or 12. I wouldn't go in the sea for the rest of the holiday and even now I am uncomfortable in deep water.

Reading this there seems to be a theme. Obviously scarey things happen when I go on holiday.................better stay at home from now on.

EDIT: Beaten to it

Frogs - my cat brought one into my house as a kid and i haven't got over it since. The long legs, the jumping movement and slimy bodies make my skin scrawl

Presentations, can't stand to get up in public, but weirdly i'm fine with acting.

The last time i did a presentation at work, my voice broke up and i was sweating like a mo fo.

Similar to my eldest son. His cat used to bring in mice during the night and leave them on his bed as a present. One night he woke up with one dragging itself across his face after the cat had broken its back legs.

I have woke up with a pussy on my face ......................didn't give me a phobia though.

Spiders - I fecking hate them, particularly the way they scurry. Dirty rotten little bastards.
Water - I can't swim all that well so I have a phobia of open water.

One which is not a phobia but always makes me feel slightly uneasy are them scraggy skinny cats on holidays. Don't know what it is but I dislike them a lot.

Spiders I agree with.
