I struggle to get to midweek games anyway due to work and the M62, but I was intending making the effort on Weds. However, having watched that abomination yesterday, whilst sat freezing my nuts off, I’ve decided to apply the same level of effort as many in that side - **** all.

I have the same chore of a choice too. Not sure why to do, hope someone arranged a meeting for about 4pm is always a banker!!!

I genuinely don’t get it
You are not sat with a bad manager or terrible squad.
You seem to just need an injection of confidence
Not piss taking but that goal at our place looks like it did for you
Playing City might be what you need to just prove something to yourselves

It’s the last effin thing we need to be honest. Tricky run of games coming up.

As bad as Arsenal defending is. City just cant keep a clean sheet. Even if city win this game, I think they're going to drop a **** load of points before the end of the season.
Every Pep teams scores less PPG after week 26 of the season than before, so they're not going undefeated until the end of the season.
We just need to keep our nerve.
I thnik hey may drop 2-3 points tops from here

Have to worry as an arsenal fan that you’ve been pants all season defending and in the winter you sign a midfielder on loan, and not one that’s defensive.

Lichsteiner looks absolutely awful, certainly looks like a 35 year old totally out of his depth. Monreal looked solid about 3 years ago but pants since and the the 2cbs are average. Keeper can’t hold anything either. Hasn’t held onto one shot or cross yet

Things were looking really decent before the 96th minute at Castle Greyskull.

That debacle seemed to absolutely destroy our confidence from Pickford forwards, the obvious weakness that we’ve had all season hasn’t been been sorted i.e. our set piece defending and his ****ing awful complete reliance on zonal marking. We’ve been conceding soft goals as a result and it’s damaged the confidence of everyone, players, manager & fans.

Yesterday we stank the place out, created next to nothing and looked clueless in and out of possession. That said, Wolves were excellent and fully deserved the points.

Can’t change a bad side in one transfer window. They have improved, just a bit. Look how Klopp did it window by window, he did start with a better side to be fair but stil, little by little

Nonsense, before todays game City had picked up 24 pts from the last 12 league games. If you extrapolate that over the remaining games they'll drop another 12pts. This isn't he City of least season.

Ah, past form dictates future form.

Hes has 2 windows and brought 1 old defender that was past it in the Italian league.

Well that’s it, just double the points Liverpool got after the first half of the season. It just call the league at halfway.

Well that would be silly. You cant ignore the recent form of any team and just assume that City are going to go virtually unbeaten to the end of the season. A teams form is always important in evaluating what going to happen over the remainder of the season.
How do you reach the conclusion that City are only going to drop 2 or 3 points until the end of the season.

I never mentioned that, I just questioned the rubbish you posted about the points they will drop based on past 12 games.

Zonal marking can work. The bigger problem is that Pickford's zone is his goal-line.
