  2. The stadium may end up not being ready until next season, but this decision has little bearing as regards the clubs pronouncements.
The bid to seek increase crowd capacity at Wembley for certain games has been in the pipeline for months as I recall and it would be almost criminally negligent of the Club not try and ensure the highest possible revenue return as tenants. This concession will also only apply for the duration of the currently agreed extension period. If the club extends again I imagine new decisions about nominated games will agIn be subject to Council review.

To get the stadium finished as soon as possible means putting pressure on all the contractors. Any announcement of a delay to next season immediately relieves the pressure and makes further delays more likely. It's not dishonest to act in this way, it is the only sensible thing to do. All fans should want the stadium completed as soon as possible. None of us gain anything from a premature decision that can only delay it's opening.

Apparently, advertisements have also been issued for occasional shop staff. It proves nothing but it makes no sense to be doing the recruiting 7 months in advance of the start of next season.

Some have given up of getting in this season but the club seem not have done. Let's hope they're right!

Yes. The Asian Cup final is on February 1st, so he'd have nearly two weeks even if they win it.

    So that's two from
Tampa Bay Buccaneer vs Carolina Panthers
    Oakland Raiders vs Chicago bears
Los Angeles Rams vs Cincinnati Bengals
    Jacksonville Jaguars vs Houston Texans

...and can somebody tell the Nufful that, if they want to use our stadium, they need to list fixtures properly and not that "Carolina at Tampa Bay" bollocks?

"The first European NFL purpose built stadium" indicates where this sits. I'm not sure when there might be another such build in Europe. There can be few cities that could be a suitable home for such a build, maybe Paris, Amsterdam or Berlin but I don't see any clubs needing a stadium built right now, then there's the sheer cost involved. There's zero chance of the NFL buying the land and building one themselves...so this is it for the foreseeable future.

Now, let's sort out a franchise.....

Hertha are currently planning to redevelop the Olympic stadium in Berlin. It's planned for 2025, but that might be overly optimistic.

Shouldn't they be looking to redevelop their club badge first? It looks like clipart

It looks like it was designed by an unimaginative seven-year-old. Awful.

I'd be up for that for something that's earlier in the day.
£1 to have a look around part of the new stadium and have a drink? Sounds fine to me.
Couldn't care less about the Superb Owl, though. Can't be bothered at that time of day, either.

Harry Crane has agreed to leave the club, having spent the past two years towering over the Park Lane end

The club wish him well for the future
