It really does make you wonder where we could be in 12 months, after Ralph has had a summer to organizer and bring one or two of his own players in. I think he is such a breath of fresh air and so so good. For me he is already a acheived more than Poch did in the same period. Please can we give a Fraser Foster type on contract!

He was mostly fair (until he played 5 extra minutes of stoppage football) but he was entirely incompetent. He let all kinds go which needed dealing with, and ignored a head injury.
Space, we waste time for the last 20 minutes of the game and then bitch when the ref adds on 5 minutes of extra time, there were what 5 substitutes, that's 1 minute a sub, Long injury took another 3 minutes. But hey, we won and I am have a beer to celebrate.

Erm, the ref judged our use of time and awarded 4 minutes. That was fair. Where he found the other four, all in the soace of the final four, is my grievance. Even that comes second to the fact he had no control over the game at all...

We finally have a team who can win games again, well in the league anyway, and that what counts at this moment in time. Good win, squeaky bum time at the end, I actually thought the ref was fair today, we have had some god awful refs this season. Prowsy did today what we have all been expecting him to do for the last three seasons, win the ball, drive forward and use that lethal shot he has. As soon as he got the ball I was screaming shoot, and the result was perfect. It's lunch time in the States and I have a English pub just down the street that sells Fullers and I am off for a London Pride or ESB and some sausage rolls to remind me of home, and enjoy the moment.
Enjoy the beer

It’s because we finally have a manager who knows how to use him. I’ve been saying for ages that JWP has to work on his finishingto translate his touch into actual goals. If he can do this, he can be a big threat. His ability to shoot from distance means the defense has to step up and cover him closely. Which then creates problems because JWP is a good passer. And JWP can still find space to receive the ball just by virtue of being somewhat intelligent and a tireless worker.

The biggest flaw in Prowse’s game is he is not super fast and he isn’t the kind of player who can dribble at players and beat them. Which is why he was wasted playing in a widening position.

The only thing I’d, Hasenhuttl is also getting the best out of our other midfielders who were all mostly being wasted under othe managers, too. So still not sure if JWP locks down a starting spot. But at least he has a chance now. And it’s a good selection headache for once.
