Ings starts for me. Think he's been in training since Tuesday so must be up to it? He's our best striker and main goal threat, so he needs to start. Give him a day or two extra off training next week if he needs it.
I want Ings to play, but he has to be really fit....this isn't a must win last game of the season. There are 'winnable' games in the next few weeks and each one is worth the same 3 points as the Everton game. Have to trust the medics and coaches on this one.
