I still think we'll sign someone this January - perhaps not to arrive immediately.

    WOODBURN LOAN DEAL?
    Ben Woodburn
looks set to leave Liverpool on loan again in January.
The 19-year-old Wales international spent the first half of the season on loan at Sheffield United but returned to Anfield. Former Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard is interested in taking him at Rangers while West Brom could also make a play.

No to both please. If this lad has any hope in his career he needs to get in into his head he's got to suceed at next club so rangers is a big no no.

West brom imo at this time is too high a level for him.

Lovren told he might need to start looking for new employers
Garth Crooks has been praising Fabinho’s display at centre-back for Liverpool but had a cheeky dig at Dejan Lovren in the process.
Despite the Reds player declaring himself as being one of the planet’s best defenders ahead of Croatia’s World Cup semi-final last summer, Crooks, when naming his team of the week for the BBC, said:
This player (Fabinho) has become a far more important addition to the Liverpool set-up than I first realised.
The Brazilian enforcer looks better at centre-back than he does in midfield. At least that’s how it appeared against a Brighton side who made life difficult for the league leaders but struggled to really hurt them.
When there was the slightest threat, Fabinho snuffed it out. His positioning throughout the match was quite impressive. Any more displays like that and Dejan Lovren might have to start looking for new employers.

    you missed this BTW

the only reason the **** put salah in the team of week (cos theres no way he'd be near mine)

Mohamed Salah: I cannot believe Brighton's Pascal Gross fell for it. We've all seen Mohamed Salah go down from the slightest touch in the penalty area (normally at Anfield) but there was no doubt about this one on Saturday.

Salah teased and enticed Gross to such an extent the German just had to have a bite. The result was another penalty attributed to Salah's ingenuity.

The Egypt international took the spot-kick and buried it into the back of the net to extend Liverpool's lead at the top of the table. And that's why he's in my team of the week.

    Thats a disgraceful comment.

    Pure and utter bullshit wummery.

Good 'ol Garth. Always finding new and interesting ways to prove that he knows nothing about anything.
Got to admire that he gets paid for this drivel.

Philippe Coutinho made a mistake going to Barcelona, I think joining Manchester United is going to be the greatest mistake of his life.
