I can only apologise. I took the piss by posting 3 or 4 early posts on this thread and thus take full responsibility for the loss.

On the plus side, this proves that we have the winning formula, I will behave better from now on, superstition and thus spirituality and ultimately god is real, so must be the afterlife. Bring it on, we are the enlightened.

By far the highlight of the match was the abuse aimed at their goalkeeper. Shame we didn’t try shooting at the goal.

Did well not to go to Blackpool then. Very poor game and neither team deserved to win. Personally thought game plan worked well apart from slack marking for their goal would have come away with at least at point which everyone would have been happy with.

Nope only ever been to the pleasure beach. There was no pleasure in today's first half. Our main tactic was to kick the ball from goal kicks to furlong out wide, often with failure. A half soon to forget. The 2nd was an improvement with crisper passing and movement but little threat. Can't say the plan worked at all to be fair, unless the plan was to lose 1-0. We looked like we were meant to frustrate their team and fans with wasting time straight from the off. It didn't work.
