I see that Jutkiewicz has been picked in the Championship team of the month (along with fellow striker Abrahams) . He didn't actually score any goals, but had four assists and won some headers. I believe TP scored 5 , with three assists. Obviously these are terrible stats for a striker.

Jesus Christ that get's my back up.

1-0 up. Very early stages of the game. You have (as always) got an amazingly easy draw, like they usually do.

Sane thought he got a touch to the face. Shouted at the linesman, who was having none of it, because it wasn't a foul. Sane continues to mouth off, linesman tries to touch him on the arm or shoulder while he answers. Sane shrugs away like a 5 year old, and carried on mouthing off at him!

You earn £100-£200,000 a week. You have been gifted yet another walk through tie, like you usually get. At home.

Calm down and show some respect. 1-0 up after 5 minutes in a game they should walk by about 8 without breaking sweat. Why act like a c**t?!

Oh. Sane is suddenly happy after the second goal.

Against League 1 Burton.

At home.

With a pretty much full team.

What a shock!

I think Pep is covering all bases this season ; they aren't guaranteed the Premier league title this season so he's putting out strong teams in both domestic cup games.
Doesn't excuse a player of his "quality" abusing officials in a game which is basically a easy friendly to get to a final.

That's what has annoyed me. His attitude is pathetic and toxic. These players think they can do what they want and act like they want.

In a game like this, surely turn your tw**ish attitude off for a night. You would win this game if you played your highly bought and funded under 18 squad.

I agree by the way. That is why Pep has done it.

It's certain players who are obnoxious that I'm talking about.

"Man City are complaining and asking for VAR"

What!?

You are at home, against League 1 Burton and 4-0 up!

Chelsea and Spurs is the other Semi! And you are complaining at 4-0 against League 1 Burton Albion?

You have been given yet again another pass to the next round.

Pep is already resting 8 or 9 first choice players, how many more could he rest in the second leg? Do they just send their U23's?

Just spotted this re 1p5wich - Milne was quick to pour scorn and derision on NCFC’s decision to opt for a Sporting Director/Head Coach, having said at the time that there can only be one ‘chief’. ‘City’s East Anglian rivals Ipswich Town have confirmed managing director Ian Milne will depart at the end of the month, with the relegation-threatened Blues’ weighing up a new football structure. Milne will leave ahead of his scheduled summer exit as owner Marcus Evans tries to boost Paul Lambert’s chances of pulling off a great escape.
