Depends what criteria you are using I suppose. If you are saying best PL team and are judging it solely on their PL performance, then no chance, they won the league by a point, with one of the lowest league winning point totals in PL history (79 I think it was). But if you are judging them overall then its no contest. They won 3 trophies ffs. The endurance needed to do all that is immense and probably explains why their league total was a little off.
