When he talks about it being testament to the hard work of those behind the scenes, he’s probably talking about himself.
 
So to fulfill their statement, they have to do nothing*, replace the gaps that have already happened / will happen and claim success ! (* not sell players that they are overpricing and nobody was after anyway)

OUR RECENT FANTASTIC RUN OF RESULTS HAS GIVEN EVERYONE IN THE NORTH STAND FRESH OPTIMISM, REGARDING RESULTS, AS WE EMBARK ON THE SECOND HALF OF THE SEASON. HOWEVER IT HAS INCREASED OUR CONCERNS THAT THE OWNERS WON’T LEAVE ANYTIME SOON

To build on this positive momentum on the pitch we have no intention of giving the owners any credit for it, and still hope they will go...far away...as far as possible...soon. We are currently working closely with the other stands to support the players that we do have, and therefore give us a great opportunity to close the gap to the top six and end the season on a high. We do however recognise that if the owners left that would be a far, far, bigger high regardless of where we finish up in the league.

The recent form is a testament to the hard work and dedication that goes on behind the scenes at the Club, despite the ridiculous decisions taken by the owners, so a big thank you to Nigel, the players, and all of the staff.

"Club statement"

Won't deny it...was hoping it was an email about the just- completed sale of the club.

Instead it was the usual incoherent empty words full of non commitment and vague open-ended promises.

It's almost like the person who wrote it has too much time on his hands and wants to look 'engaged and committed' to impress or deceive someone.

I printed it out and will use it when I next pass a greasy soft stool.

The gall, hypocrisy and lies are beyond belief. And it makes me near sick when he says 'ours'. You are not one of us Enob and you will never be you utter twat.

Now, suspend logic for a moment, and imagine we did go up via the play offs this season (it isn't going to happen btw). Talk about mixed emotions. Great that we'd be back in the PL, with yet another chance to **** it up - and **** it up we surely would. The twats would stay on, in which case we'd be the least well prepared club in history going into the PL, then there's no way they would spend as would be needed, and we'd likely be stuck with the twats as they either wouldn't want to sell <did they ever?> or their greed would mean the selling price would be ridiculous (still / again). Even if they did sell, we'd still be the least well prepared club in history. What a **** situation for us fans to be in.

Or we don’t go up, sell Bowen and Grosicki for say 20 million then we have them for another 20 months languishing at the bottom of the Championship again waiting for a miracle.

All added to the suggestion that the Allams have no appetite to sell quickly now........WINDOW DRESSING........in other words there is no buyer in sight so lets put out some drivel in an attempt to ingratiate ourselves!
